Modern Industries Precision Machining & Assembly Division can prepare fabrications & assemblies of several types, sizes and configurations that combine parts we machine with other customer-provided parts such as stampings or forgings.

We have a large range of welding and fabrication capabilities tailored to our customers' requests. Our ability to keep such secondary operations as welding in-house, permits an unbroken chain of quality assurance/oversight and close collaboration with production scheduling.

Our customers have frequently asked for simple sub-assemblies, where we place a few components into the parts that we machine. In other cases we have taken assembly much further where we perform welding, sequential torque tightening, pressure testing, tube rolling, actuator assemblies, function/fit testing, laser etching, bar coding and more.
